1 20 oz. package chicken herb tortellini (We like Buitoni.)
1/4 cup butter
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup sundried tomatoes, julienne cut
Grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper
In a large pasta pot, boil 5 quarts of water. Add 2 Tbsp. sea salt to water. Add tortellini and boil according to package directions, 7-9 minutes. While pasta is cooking, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan or wok. Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add sundried tomatoes and saute for another 5 minutes. Add cooked tortellini pasta and increase heat to medium high. Saute pasta for another 5-7 minutes until garlic is golden brown. Serve pasta immediately. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers.
