Ingredients:
4 medium live dungeness crabs
1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 stick of salted butter
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 lemons, quartered
Make Dinner:
Fill a large stockpot 3/4 of the way full with water. Cover and bring to a rolling boil. Add Old Bay Seasoning and live crabs. Replace lid and continue to boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for another 5 minutes. While crabs are resting, heat butter and garlic in a small microwave safe bowl until butter is melted. Remove crabs from water and drain on newspaper for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, warm crusty bread and fresh green salad. Use butter to dip freshly shelled crab. Enjoy!
