30 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook time
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 pounds flatiron steak
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
2 yellow crookneck squash
2 large zucchini
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Make Dinner:
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and lime juice in medium mixing bowl. Add steak and marinate for 30 minutes. While meat is marinating, chop yellow crookneck squash and zucchini into spears. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Place steak and vegetables on BBQ over medium heat. Grill steak and vegetables for 5 minutes on each side or until steak is prepared to taste. Sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese over steak and vegetables immediately upon removing from heat. Serve with fresh Chopped Salad.
Chopped Salad
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Chop lettuce, cucumber and tomato into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Sprinkle mandarin oranges and 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese over salad. Serve with favorite dressing.
