Make Dinner:
Place soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar and onion powder into a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add tri tip roast and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry cauliflower. Remove florets from stem and break into bite size pieces. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place cauliflower onto cookie sheet. Spray cauliflower with cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Wash and dry potatoes. Using a fork, pierce holes into each side of the potatoes. Place potatoes on baking sheet surrounding cauliflower. Bake cauliflower and potatoes for 35-40 minutes until tender.
While cauliflower and potatoes are roasting, heat BBQ to medium. Grill tri tip roast over medium heat for 12-15 minutes per side for medium to medium rare. Cook longer for medium well, less for rare. Remove roast from heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Slice roast into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with baked potatoes and roasted cauliflower.
