Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken legs
5 cups canola oil
1 cup honey
1/2 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup hot water
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Make Dinner:
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken to oil. Do not overcrowd pan. Fry chicken until crispy, approximately 20 minutes (10 minutes per side).
While chicken is cooking, mix honey, fish sauce, water and garlic in a medium mixing bowl. Blend well until honey is dissolved. When chicken is crispy and golden, remove from oil and place into honey glaze immediately. Turn chicken in glaze 3-5 seconds. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, Serve with rice and green beans.
