Makes 10 croquettes
Ingredients:
2 cups stuffing
2 cups turkey meat, chopped
2 cups gravy
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 cups canola oil
Make Dinner:
Heat canola oil in large frying pan over medium heat. In a medium mixing bowl, combine turkey and stuffing. Roll into balls 2 inches in diameter. Dip each ball into gravy and then into panko bread crumbs. Place balls in hot oil and increase heat to medium high. Fry croquettes for 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately topped with extra gravy.
