Ingredients:
6 slices pita bread
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 4 oz. package prosciutto
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
6 Tbsp. dried oregano
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pita bread on a large cookie sheet. Spread 1/4 cup marinara sauce on top of each slice of pita. Layer 2-3 slices of prosciutto atop sauce covering entire surface of pita. Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese evenly on top of prosciutto. Place 1/2 Tbsp. of ricotta cheese in each quarter of the pizza. Sprinkle ricotta with 1 Tbsp. dried oregano and top with 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut into quarters. Each pizza serves 1.
