Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, thin cut
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 cups unseasoned bread crumbs (We use Panko.)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 hamburger rolls (We use brioche.)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. ketchup
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
Dill pickle slices
Make Dinner:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, onion powder and garlic salt. Place pork chops on a large cutting board and, using a meat mallet, pound meat until 1/4 inch thick. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Dredge pork chops in breadcrumbs until well coated. Fry porkchops in oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. To prepare hamburger rolls, spread 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. mustard and 1 tsp. ketchup on each roll. Top with 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and dill pickles. Place pork tenderloin on bun and serve warm.
