Ingredients:
24 jalapeῆo peppers
1 pound lump crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 cups Monterey jack cheese
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using a sharp knife, remove the top 1/4 of each jalapeno pepper, lengthwise. Remove the seeds from each pepper. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Stuff each pepper with 2-3 Tablespoons of crab mixture. Top each with 1 Tbsp. Monterey jack cheese. Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and immediately heat oven broiler to High. Place peppers under broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Allow peppers to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
