Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
8 ounces blue cheese crumbles
5 hamburger buns
5 tsp. low fat mayonnaise
Make Dinner:
Preheat BBQ to medium high. Combine ground beef, ketchup, mustard, garlic salt and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl. Use hands to blend meat evenly with other ingredients. Divide meat into 5 equal balls. Place 2 tsp. blue cheese crumbles in the center of each ball, wrapping meat around the cheese to enclose it. Form each into a large hamburger patty. Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side until well done. Spread 1 tsp. of low fat mayo on each hamburger bun. Place on grill for 1 minute. Serve burgers on grilled buns topped with 1 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles.
