Ingredients:
5 slices pita bread
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. dried basil
Make Dinner:
Heat oven to broiler to High. In a small sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is just golden brown. Do not overcook or garlic will burn! Drizzle each slice of pita bread with garlic infused olive oil. Top each with grated provolone and parmesan. Sprinkle each pita with oregano and basil. Place under oven broiler for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
