Makes 12 sliders
1 pound ground chicken
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
12 slider rolls
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sundried tomatoes (Dried or jarred in oil both work fine.)
Combine ground chicken, olive oil chopped basil, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl. Use hands to combine all ingredients and form into 12 small patties, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
Preheat BBQ to medium high heat. Grill sliders for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
While sliders are cooking, blend mayonnaise and sundried tomatoes in the blender or food processor. Pulse 30 seconds until smooth. Serve sliders on warm rolls topped with sundried tomato mayo.
