Ingredients:
5 chicken leg quarters
1/4 cup sweet paprika
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Make Dinner:
Blend all spices in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle generously over chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (For stronger flavor, refrigerate over night.) Preheat BBQ grill to medium high. Grill chicken for 10 minutes (5 minutes per side) over direct flame. Remove from direct fire and continue to grill on outer portions of grill for another 10-15 minutes per side.
