Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken quarters (leg and thigh combo)
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dill
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small mixing bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper and dill. Drizzle chicken pieces with lemon pepper mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve roasted chicken with a fresh green salad.
