Ingredients:
6 bone in sirloin pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 ripe peaches
6 cups fresh spinach leaves
Brianna's Rich Poppy Seed Dressing (optional)
Make Dinner:
Heat BBQ grill to medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill chops for 6 minutes per side until cooked through. While pork is grilling, slice peaches in half and remove the pit from each. Place peach halves, skin side up, over indirect flame on the grill. Grill peaches for 6-8 minutes. Serve grilled pork chops atop a bed of fresh spinach leaves. Top each chop with a grilled peach half and Brianna's Rich Poppy Seed Dressing if desired.
