4 pounds chicken wings
2 cups sweet chili sauce (We like the Mae Ploy brand.)
4 cups canola oil
Heat oil in a very large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken wings to hot oil. Fry for 6-8 minutes, turning periodically, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove wings from oil, one at a time, and immediately place in a bowl of sweet chili sauce. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
