Serves 5-6
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups fresh green beans, chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Sriracha
2 tsp. white sesame seeds
Make Dinner:
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add diced chicken and sauté 5 minutes more. Add green beans, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha and sesame seeds. Increase heat to high and sauté another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately topped with additional sesame seeds if desired.
