1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
5 hamburger rolls
Place shrimp and breadcrumbs in a large blender or food processor. Pulse for 30 seconds until smooth. Using hands, form shrimp mixture into 5 equal patties. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve Shrimp Burgers on hamburger rolls with tartar sauce or topped with a fresh green salad.
