Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds white fish (We like cod.)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dill
5 sesame seed buns
3 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
Make Dinner:
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice to pan. Season fish with salt, pepper and dill. Add to pan and reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer fish 3 minutes per side until cooked through. While fish is cooking spread each hamburger bun with low fat mayonnaise. Cut fish into sandwich sized servings and serve on buns.
