Ingredients:
3 cups canola oil
4 cups flour
4 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. onion powder
4 Tbsp. paprika
5 pounds chicken wings
Make Dinner:
Heat canola oil over medium high heat. Combine flour and spices in large mixing bowl. Dip wings in flour mixture. Fry wings in hot oil for 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. For a spicier version, immediately dip 1/2 of the wings in Spicy Buffalo Sauce.
Spicy Buffalo Sauce
8 oz. butter
1 cup hot sauce (We like Tapatio!)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
Melt butter in microwave safe bowl over high heat in microwave for 1 minute. Add hot sauce, garlic, mustard and sugar. Stir. Heat for another 30 seconds in microwave. Immediately dip chicken in hot sauce. Serve with sliced carrots, cucumbers, and ranch dressing.
