Ingredients:
6 pieces Naan (Found in the bread aisle of your local supermarket. If you can't find it, use pita.)
1 16 oz. can pitted black olives
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven broiler. Drain liquid from olives. Combine olives, olive oil and minced garlic in the blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth, about 10 seconds. Spread olive mixture over the top of each piece of Naan. Top each with diced tomatoes and a generous serving of feta cheese. Place under oven broiler for 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
