8 slices fresh bread (We like hearty whole wheat.)
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups chopped turkey breast
1 cup turkey gravy
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
Place two slices of bread on a plate. Using an ice cream scoop, pile 1/2 cup mashed potatoes atop bread. Top potatoes with 1/2 cup chopped turkey and cover with 1/2 cup gravy. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and serve hot.
