Makes 24 deviled eggs
Ingredients:
12 boiled eggs
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried dill
1 cup diced ham
2 tsp. Siracha sauce (spicy chili sauce)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Make Dinner:
Peel eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Remove yolk and place in a medium mixing bowl. Place whites of eggs on a large egg platter. Add mustard, mayonnaise, garlic salt, pepper, dill and diced ham to egg yolks. Use a whisk to blend completely until creamy. Using a large tablespoon, fill 12 of the egg whites with mixture. Add Siracha to remaining egg mixture. Stir well to blend. Fill remaining 12 egg whites with spicy egg mixture. Sprinkle all eggs with paprika for a finishing touch. Serve eggs with a side salad.
