1 cup marinara sauce
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
3/4 pound skim milk mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced into ribbons

1 1/4 ounce package active quick rise dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
2 cups flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Cooking spray
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar for pizza dough in warm water. Let stand until milky and foamy, 8-10 minutes. Add flour, salt and olive oil. Use bare hands to blend dough quickly until combined. On a lightly floured surface knead dough for 2 minutes. Do not over knead.
Roll dough 1/4" thick onto 12" pizza stone or cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
Spread marinara sauce in a thin even layer on top of pizza crust. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over sauce. Place sliced tomatoes evenly atop sauce ensuring each slice of pizza will have at least one tomato. Cover tomatoes with mozzarella cheese covering entire surface of pizza. Sprinkle cheese with fresh basil. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Allow pizza to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
