Ingredients:
4 portobello mushrooms
4 tsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 slices white cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. french fried crispy onions
8 slices of crisp romaine lettuce
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
4 whole wheat rolls
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven broiler to high. Wash and dry portobello mushrooms. Remove stems and brush each mushroom with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place mushrooms on broiler pan and broil for 4 minutes. Flip mushrooms and cover each with 1 slice white cheddar cheese. Broil another 4 minutes. Place each mushroom on a warm whole wheat roll. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. crispy onions. Serve with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
