Ingredients:
8 slices sourdough bread
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 pound deli ham
1/2 pound gruyere cheese
Make Dinner:
Spread 1/2 Tbsp. butter on the outer side of each slice of bread. Spread 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard on the inner side of 4 slices of the bread. Place 3-4 slices of ham atop the mustard. Place 3-4 slices of gruyere atop the ham. Place the second piece of buttered bread on top of the cheese, butter side up. Grill sandwiches in a panini press until golden brown. Serve with fresh fruit and a crisp romaine salad. (Chef's Note: If you don't have a panini press, 'grill' sandwiches in a frying pan over medium heat 5 minutes per side.)
