Ingredients:
15 oz. canned albacore tuna packed in water
2 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dill
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 large beefsteak tomatoes
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Make Dinner:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain water from tuna. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, dill, and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl until creamy. Using a sharp tomato knife, remove the core of each tomato leaving a portion of the bottom intact to support the tuna. Fill each tomato with 1/4 of the tuna mixture. Top each with 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese. Place stuffed tomatoes in a pie pan and bake for 20 minutes.
