Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into cubes
4 red potatoes, diced
1 pint cherry or plum tomatoes
6 oz. sugar snap peas
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Make Dinner:
Preheat BBQ grill to medium high. Microwave whole red potatoes for 1 minute on high. Remove potatoes from microwave and chop into bite size cubes. Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, sliced steak, diced potatoes, cherry tomatoes (whole) and sugar snap peas. Toss to coat with oil and vinegar. Place beef and veggie mixture in a large grilling basket and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 20-25 minutes, stirring often, until meat is cooked through and veggies are caramelized.
