Ingredients:
60 large shrimp, shell on
2 Tbsp. sea salt
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce (We like Tapatio.)
Fresh lemon wedges
Make Dinner:
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pasta pot. Add 2 Tbsp. sea salt to water. Boil shrimp for 5 minutes. Remove from water immediately and place on ice. While shrimp are cooling, prepare cocktail sauce. Blend ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce and hot sauce in a small mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Serve 12 shrimp in each of 5 cocktail glasses filled with cocktail sauce. (Margarita glasses work well.) Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Chef's Note: We prefer our shrimp shell on. If desired, peel shrimp before serving.
