Ingredients:
8 oz. campanelle pasta
1 pound Italian sausage
2 cups fresh chard, cut into thin ribbons
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 can diced tomatoes
Shredded parmesan cheese
Make Dinner:
In a large saucepan, boil 2 quarts of water, seasoned with 2 Tbsp. sea salt. Add pasta and boil according to package directions until al dente, about 10 minutes. While pasta is cooking, brown sausage in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Drain pasta and add to sausage. Squeeze lemon juice over pasta and sausage and add tomatoes. Stir to combine. To cut chard, roll leaves tightly and slice into thin ribbons. Place chard on top of pasta. Cover pan and allow to cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until chard is wilted and soft. Stir to combine. Serve pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
